IEP & FIE Review

Our Policy

Math + Mandate provides educational advocacy support for students receiving special education services through an IEP. Our services are designed to help families better understand their student’s educational needs, services, accommodations, evaluations, and school concerns. Services may include: • IEP & FIE document review • Educational advocacy guidance • Parent consultation and support • ARD meeting preparation and support • Communication guidance related to school concerns During the review process, our team will carefully analyze the student’s educational documents and discuss concerns shared by the parent/guardian. Recommendations and guidance will be based on the information provided to our team. PAYMENT POLICY All services must be paid in full at the time of booking through our secure website payment system at: www.mathandmandate.com The current fee for the Comprehensive IEP & FIE Review is $125. REFUND POLICY All services are non-refundable once payment has been submitted and services have begun. Due to the time spent reviewing documents, preparing recommendations, scheduling consultations, and providing advocacy support, refunds will not be issued for completed or active services. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES Parents/Guardians agree to: • Provide accurate student information • Upload all requested educational documents • Participate honestly during consultations • Communicate respectfully with staff • Understand that advocacy services do not guarantee specific school or district outcomes CONFIDENTIALITY Math + Mandate respects the confidentiality of all student and family information. Educational records and personal information shared with our team will be used solely for consultation, advocacy, and support purposes.
