Ready to Lead Your Child’s Success?
Choose the advocacy support that best meets your family’s needs. You may begin with a free one-on-one consultation to discuss your child’s educational needs and ask questions, leading to a comprehensive IEP/FIE review for an in‑depth analysis and recommendations. If you prefer, you may bypass the consultation and schedule the IEP/FIE review directly.
The Mandating Process
A simple, step-by-step approach designed to keep you informed and empowered every step of the way.
Step 01: Free Consultation
We begin with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to learn about your child's unique needs and discuss your concerns regarding their current educational plan.
During our conversation, we'll explore important questions such as:
-
Is your child's IEP being implemented with fidelity?
-
Is your child making meaningful progress toward their IEP goals?
-
Are the supports, accommodations, and services in the IEP being provided as intended?
-
Is your child making meaningful academic and/or functional progress in the classroom?
This consultation helps us determine how Math + Mandate can best support your family and advocate for your child's educational success.
Step 02: Document Review
Our team will conduct a thorough review of your child's current IEP, FIE,
and supporting documentation to identify potential gaps in services, accommodations, goal implementation, compliance, and educational supports.
How It Works
-
Securely upload your child's IEP and FIE documents through our website.
-
Our team will complete a comprehensive review of the documentation.
-
Once the review is complete, we will schedule a meeting to discuss our findings, answer your questions, and provide recommendations for moving forward.
IEP & FIE Review Service: $125
Step 03: Advocacy Support
Math + Mandate will develop a personalized advocacy plan designed to help you confidently navigate your child's next ARD meeting. This plan includes a customized ARD itinerary that outlines key discussion points and recommended questions tailored to your child's unique educational needs.
Your ARD itinerary serves as a practical guide to help ensure your concerns are clearly communicated and that meaningful discussions take place regarding your child's services and supports.
During your Advocacy Support Meeting, you'll also have the opportunity to discuss next steps. If you choose to retain Math + Mandate for ARD representation and advocacy, we will move forward with the next phase of the Mandating Process.
ARD Itinerary: $30
Step 04: Mandate
If concerns are not resolved through the ARD process after the school has been given a reasonable opportunity to address the identified issues—mediation may be the next step.
When necessary, Math + Mandate will attend ARD mediation to advocate for your child's educational rights, support your family throughout the process, and help ensure your concerns and your child's needs are clearly communicated.
Prior to mediation services, a service agreement will be prepared and executed between Math + Mandate and the client, outlining the scope of advocacy services and terms of service.
Meeting Attendance: $100
"Before the mandating session, I felt completely lost in IEP meetings. Math + Mandate gave me the exact language I needed to advocate for my son's speech services. I finally felt like a partner in the process rather than a spectator."
