Welcome to Math + Mandate, a premium tutoring and special education advocacy service dedicated to helping students succeed academically and receive the support they deserve.
We provide personalized math tutoring for students in grades 3–8, helping build confidence, strengthen foundational skills, and close learning gaps through instruction tailored to each student’s needs and curriculum.
Through our Mandating Sessions, we support families navigating the special education process by reviewing IEPs and FIEs, attending ARD meetings, and helping parents understand their rights and their child’s educational services. This service is open to students in all grade levels.
We also offer a Student Leadership Tutoring Program designed to help advanced students strengthen their math, leadership, communication, and peer mentoring skills while contributing to a positive learning community. Student tutors also have access to college letter of recommendations along with an opportunity to be awarded The Wilson Legacy Scholarship.
